I decided to do a rework of my contest entry... it seemed to be lacking something plus I found a scruffy patch in it which didn't look too good...so this will be my new contest entry...as before, the baby and the man on the donkey from publicdomainpictures.net, the female a pic of my daughter, the star/flare from ribbet.com and I worked the whole thing in Photo Blend from mediachance.com...for some, the reason for the season.. ..wishing to all blessings of the season...tks for viewing.

This is a superb job Pat. I like it. You have given it the right touch with this lighting. Good luck in the contest (most likely the winner).

Such a powerful image! It has a graceful, timeless aesthetic and elegance. Beautifully composed. Visually impressive and irresistible.

I like both versions. :)

I like the idea of creating your art by combining things from several sources. It is especially good when when you include your own family. Good Luck, and Merry Christmas.
