bfrank: Congrats on 2nd place Ted. Well deserved.

3rd place
Moonlit Night by Ramad

tigger3: The tree branches set against that sky sure make this a wonderful moody image. tigs=^..^=

Constance52347: This is great....both the composition and the mood. This has my vote!!

LynEve: The house lights are copying the moon !
A mysterious scene - I imagine highwaymen riding by !
A very fine contest entry.

4th place
Portal to Another World by Constance52347

Starglow: Terrific reflections and clever idea for a shot

questjester: Congratulations on the contest! :)

LynEve: Very well done Connie - I love this sort of image.
I hope it is for the contest ?

questjester: It is a remarkable thing to view the world with the imaginative, wonder-filled eyes of a child. To see a portal to another place, instead of just a puddle of water.

And it is the soul of an artist to then capture that special vision in order to share it with others.

Very well done, Connie!

5th place
Step Out by casechaser

bfrank: Congrats on the contest John!

corngrowth: John, congratulations for your 5th place in the 'From My Doorstep' contest.

Tootles: Very clever use of texture -- I like the way the walls are plain compared to the rest of the scene, which helps them frame it. The shine on the water is the icing on the cake!
